The Autonomous Vehicles Platform team is searching for engineers to develop and bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle End-to-End platform out to the world. You will participate in a focused effort to develop and productize ground-breaking solutions that will revolutionize the world of transportation and the growing field of self-driving cars. You will work with talented and dedicated multi-functional engineering development teams across various subsystems to integrate their work into our autonomous driving DRIVE SW platform, while achieving or exceeding all relevant NVIDIA and automotive standards & guidelines. You'll find the work is exciting, fun, and meaningful challenging.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement Automotive Vehicles End-to-End platforms, including kernel modifications/extensions, driver implementation/enhancement, system integration, performance optimization, image generation, and closed-loop data channel between vehicle and cloud.

• Design core internet services for NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform.

• Deploy and optimize automotive driving Deep Neural Network generation infrastructure from top to bottom.

• Drive the reliability of the software platform which includes RADAR, LiDAR, Camera sensor processing and fusion.

• Analyze complex technical issues and independently drive resolution across multiple teams.

• Work in an environment which involves Hypervisor, Linux, QNX RTOS.

What We Need To See

• BS/MS in EE/CS or closely related field.

• Excellent in one of programming languages: C/C++ , Python.

• Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills.

• Ability and flexibility to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment.

• A strong desire to learn and build innovative solutions, be self-motivated.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Strong interest in the following areas: Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Self-Driving-Cars, Deep Learning, Kernel development.

• Experience with Machine Learning, DNN or other Artificial Intelligence paradigms.

• Experience in Linux kernel, low level system software experience.

• Master of software debugging tools: software debuggers, analyzers, trace loggers.
